My name is Fi and I live in South West London with my husband and two daughters.

Since I completed my Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 2005, I have had a fulfilling career in Sweden as well as in England. Since I started working as a School Nurse in 2016, I developed a great interest in health promotion. I have experience in educating children, parents and school staff on health-related subjects such as Anaphylaxis, Asthma and Epilepsy, as well as delivering PSHE lessons in schools covering topics such as healthy eating, healthy lifestyles, mental health and more. I am very passionate about promoting the health and wellbeing of all children and their families.

When I completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Practice in September 2018, I decided to start my own training centre and teach Paediatric First Aid courses.

My friend Natasha shared my passion and interest in educating parents and children in First Aid and did not hesitate to join me on my adventure in providing First Aid courses. Natasha, has a background as a Nurse Associate and currently works within Social Care.

We are both fully qualified CPD Trainers and Assessors. Our qualifications permits us to deliver Ofsted and Ofqual approved Adult and Paediatric First Aid courses to anyone requiring certification in First Aid for professional use. We are currently specialising in paediatric awareness courses for parents & children, as these are the areas we are extremely passionate about.

We both also have DBS/CRB and safeguarding certificate.

Act2care is an approved ProTrainings centre (centre number: 91563), enabling us to provide CPD certified first aid classes for parents and children.
